Closing Transaction Coordination Services

New Client Setup: A non-refundable new client setup fee is required prior to starting the first transaction online and offline. This fee includes inputting action plans, vendor list, uploading generic documents, adding contacts and editing current OTM program. This fee applies to all OTM accounts that are not completely setup.

Terms

If the transaction cancels within 10 days after contract, you do not pay.
If the transaction does not close, you do not pay any additional fees. The origination fee is due on day 11* and is non-refundable.
If you would like to keep the cancelled transaction online for 3 years, the fee to hold the cancelled transaction is $50.00 each.
Each transaction will receive one archived CD ROM free of charge. Each additional CD ROM cost is $5.95 plus shipping.

*Origination fees are deducted from the full price of the transaction as a deposit. The cost of each online program is separate.
