Terms of Service
Each of our clients require individual attention and service, therefore,
our rates are based on the type of services required. Office Essentials
REPA will work closely with you to provide you with professional
and affordable service.
Contracts and Agreements
All orders must accompany a signed agreement which outlines in
detail the services that will be provided by Office Essentials REPA,
as well as both parties' responsibilities during the time of our
agreement.
Notice of Cancellation
Office Essentials REPA requires a seven (7) day written Notice
of Cancellation. Any projects in process will be completed prior
to the final day of cancellation. Completed projects will be delivered
once we have received payment in the full amount of the final invoice.
Corrections
The client assumes final responsibility for proofreading of all
documents. Errors found should be faxed or mailed to Office Essentials
REPA within 5 days of project delivery.
Corrections or changes made due to the part of the client, or
after the 5 day grace period, will be billed at our hourly rate
(see rates).
Errors made as a result of our service will be corrected FREE
OF CHARGE.
Client Area
- Client's are required to register
before accessing protected client
area
- Invoices, contracts and agreementsare available online to clients
in our password protected client area.
- Clients that use PayPal can login to our Client
Area to submit payments.
Viewing Documents
Viewing invoices, contracts and/or agreements online require clients
to have Adobe Reader
installed on their computers.
